About The Founder

Practical Learning Co. was created by an instructional designer who has built a career by thinking outside the box—and being willing to challenge the status quo when it doesn’t serve people.
Across roles and organizations, one pattern kept showing up: well-intentioned training that checked the box, but didn’t change behavior. Instead of accepting “that’s how it’s always been done,” the focus shifted to a different question: What do people actually need in order to do their jobs better?
That question has guided every project since—advocating for clarity over volume, practice over presentation, and learning that respects people’s time and attention.
This company exists because real change doesn’t come from more content. It comes from intentional design, honest conversations, and the courage to build something better than what already exists.
Practical Learning Co. is the result of that mindset—micro-learning that challenges convention, centers real needs, and drives change where it matters most at work.
